Each sponsor will be recognized during the event/service they sponsored, as well as on posters during the sponsored event and the workshop website.

 The Tuesday Vendor Social is a great opportunity for vendors and workshop participants to mingle and catch up in a casual setting. This year, it will be at a Lafayette brewery with drinks and pub grub.

The Wednesday Crawfish Boil immediately following the Awards Ceremony is a long-standing LA RSGIS tradition. Participants will enjoy crawfish, corn, and potatoes in a shaded venue.
