Where can I ship exhibit containers prior to the workshop?
Exhibit containers can be shipped to:
Regional Application Center
Abdalla Hall
635 Cajundome Blvd.
Lafayette, LA 70506
Note: Exhibit containers will be stored in offices or classrooms prior to the setup date then transported across the street to the LITE Center for setup. There is no loading dock at Abdalla Hall. Abdalla Hall is across Devalcourt St. from the LITE Center.
What day/time will be available for table setup for Gold and Silver Sponsors?
Table setup will be available from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 14
What are the open Exhibit hours?
10:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday, April 14, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Wednesday, April 15, and 8:30am to 11:00 am Thursday, April 16
When is Exhibit teardown?
Wednesday, April 15 until 5:00 pm or Thursday morning, April 16, 8:00 am to 12 noon
What is the shipping pickup point for exhibit containers?
After the workshop, the Abdalla Hall front lobby area at 635 Cajundome Blvd. is the pickup point for shipping companies.
What are the parking arrangements?
Parking is free in the LITE Center lot
What forms of payment are available for sponsors?
Checks or ACH are preferred
If it’s necessary to pay by credit card, please email this request to info@larsgis.org and you will be emailed a custom PayPal link for credit card payment.
